If we’re dealing with a space of complex layout - an old building or one originally designed for other technological processes - there may be challenges such as a low ceiling or other constraints.
And if there’s a need to install an oven, charcoal grill, or barbecue with a hydrofilter in such a space, it may simply not fit, to put it plainly.
In that case, our solution is a two-part hydrofilter.
The upper section is mounted above the heat source, while the circulation system - made as a worktable from food-grade stainless steel - can be installed anywhere convenient, even in a separate room.
