The Buyer shall check the appearance of the goods, the presence of all components, the absence of cracks, chips, dents, scratches or other defects upon receipt of the goods in the warehouse.
When the goods are delivered by the carrier company, the risks of damage to the goods are borne by the carrier company. In case of damage to the goods during transportation, the Buyer shall not accept the goods from the carrier company without written and photographic documentation of the damage. Or not accept it at all.
In order to return the goods to the Seller, the Buyer must first notify the Seller by e-mail indicated on the website, sending a copy of the bank statement or receipt, invoice or consignment note, according to which the goods were paid for and received, along with the message.
Requests for the return of goods are accepted within fourteen calendar days from the date of documented receipt of the goods by the Buyer. Refunds shall be made within ten business days from the date of acceptance of the goods at the Seller's warehouse and execution of the delivery note.
We would like to draw your attention once again to the fact that in order to put the goods into operation, it is necessary to carry out commissioning works. Installation, commissioning and maintenance of the goods may be carried out by ventilation companies or other enterprises authorised to carry out maintenance of ventilation equipment.
After the goods are put into operation, no claims against the Seller regarding the presence of external defects of the goods, the required quantity and incompleteness are accepted. In case the goods are put into operation by a service centre or an organisation not authorised to carry out ventilation work, the goods are removed from the warranty.
The exchange and return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Commercial Procedure Code of Ukraine, subject to the following conditions:
the returned product must not be in use, therefore, it must be new (the case is in perfect condition, all protective films, packaging, documents sealed in plastic bags, components are not unpacked, etc.)
If at the time of exchange the same product is not available, the buyer can:
buy any other product,
within 10 working days, receive a refund of the money spent on the purchase of the goods,
exchange the product for the same one as soon as it goes on sale.
During the refund procedure, settlements with the Buyer are made based on the price of the goods on the day of purchase.
The Buyer's claims will be considered only upon presentation of a consignment note or invoice confirming receipt of the goods by the Buyer, preservation of the complete set of goods, and the availability of packaging from the manufacturer. In cases where the goods of inadequate quality are returned, the consumer is obliged to provide an act (with a round seal), which he must receive at a special Service Centre. The act must specify the ‘significant defects’ of the purchased goods.
In case of returning goods sent by a transport company, in order to receive a refund, it is necessary to send the goods to the same warehouse from which the goods were sent (the warehouse and sender are indicated in the declaration of the transport company). After receiving the goods in the warehouse and inspection by the commission, the customer is notified of the possibility of returning the goods. If the goods cannot be accepted, provided that the rules for returning goods are not followed, the goods are returned to the customer by the transport company, with the customer paying for the delivery. If the goods are accepted by a commission, the refund is made in accordance with the above procedure.
To replace or return the goods, you must have the following with you
- the goods (and all its accessories);
- an expenditure invoice (or a consignment note, a commissioning certificate);
- a power of attorney from the buyer.
The following goods cannot be returned or exchanged:
spare parts and motors, as this is a warranty case and they are replaced under warranty,
consumables.
The right to return and exchange goods is lost in such cases:
In case of significant changes in the appearance and properties of the equipment arising during operation.
In case of damage caused by violation of the terms and conditions of use described in the instructions:
- deformation;
- in case of falling of the product;
- in case of intentional damage;
- in case of overheating;
- improper storage;
- if the damage occurred after a natural disaster;
- if the damage occurs when unscrewing, twisting, opening and further due to the use of excessive force.
- in case of damage to the goods by the buyer's animals.
- in case of independent changes made to the goods.
- if the goods were used for other purposes than intended.
