Own production

For fifteen years, our company has been supplying European restaurant equipment to the Ukrainian market. This includes thermal equipment for restaurant kitchens that run on coal and wood. And in the course of our work, we came to the conclusion that to ensure high-quality operation of a hosper, grill, wood stove or oven, a very reliable spark arrestor that meets a number of specific criteria is required.

All the hydro filters available on the Ukrainian market at the time did not meet at least one criterion.

Imported hydrofilters (UK, Spain, Russia) were overpriced and had no service support, as they were manufactured in other countries.

The ones produced in Ukraine had a number of design flaws, which was done by manufacturers to reduce the cost to increase competitiveness.

After analysing the situation, we assembled a team of designers, engineers, craftsmen and ventilation specialists.

And we began to produce hydro filters that meet certain requirements and quality criteria that we have defined.

We use proven European components, high-quality stainless steel, and the design of the hydrofilters is constantly being refined based on constant feedback from our customers and ventilation companies.

In the process of production, it turned out that our hydrofilters are a necessary part of the ventilation system not only when installing hosper ovens, but also for barbecues, coal and wood-fired pizza ovens, Argentine grills, in general, for any heating equipment in a restaurant where live fire is used. 

Nowadays, it is becoming popular to return to the roots. Therefore, cooking on an open fire and on charcoal, as our ancestors did, is the freshest restaurant trend of our time. Dishes on charcoal are tasty, delicious, and healthy. But you also need to pay attention to fire safety. And, as our country strives to comply with European standards, the prevention of fires in restaurants when using coal-fired heating equipment becomes a priority task for restaurateurs who have installed a hosper oven, wood-fired pizza oven, tandoor, brazier or any other natural fuel equipment in their establishments.
