Manufacture of hidrofilters

For fifteen years, our company has been supplying European restaurant equipment to the Ukrainian market. This has included heating equipment for restaurant kitchens, fuelled by coal and wood. In the course of our work, we have come to the conclusion that, to ensure the high-quality operation of a hospa, barbecue, wood-burning hob or oven, a highly reliable water filter and spark arrester is required, one that meets a number of specific criteria.

At that time, there was no equipment on the Ukrainian market that met the required quality and functionality standards. Furthermore, similar equipment imported from other countries was not of a standard commensurate with its price range and lacked after-sales support.

Having analysed the situation, we assembled a team comprising a designer, engineers, fitters and ventilation specialists.

And we began manufacturing hydrofilters that meet the necessary requirements and quality criteria.

We use tried-and-tested European components and high-quality stainless steel; the design of our hydrofilters is constantly being refined based on feedback from our customers and ventilation companies.

During the production process, it became clear that our hydro-filters are an essential part of the ventilation system not only when installing Josper ovens, but also for barbecues, charcoal and wood-fired pizza ovens, Argentinean grills, and indeed for any heating equipment in restaurants and industrial settings where open flames are used.

Cooking over an open fire, as was done in ancient times, is an unmissable restaurant trend of our time. Dishes cooked over an open fire are delicious, sophisticated and healthy. But first and foremost, attention must be paid to fire safety. And, as our country strives to comply with European standards, preventing fires in restaurants when using open-flame cooking equipment becomes a top priority for any restaurateur who has installed a Josper oven, a wood-fired pizza oven, a tandoor, a barbecue or any other equipment fuelled by natural fuel.

Our hydro-filters reliably ensure fire safety, smoke absorption and the removal of soot, smoke particles and grease.

If a production facility involves processes using fire, in ovens or other appliances, the installation of hydro-filters is also mandatory in such facilities to prevent fires and provide initial purification of the air from combustion products.
