Circulation system for hydrofilter

We manufacture and sell circulation systems for automatic water filters separately, if required.

If you have purchased a flow-through water filter (a water filter in which water flows continuously) from any manufacturer, you can make it automatic and economical with our circulation system.

The water recovery system in our circulation system will help you avoid pouring tons of water down the drain, consume responsibly, and save money.

When water flows continuously through a water filter, 200-300 cubic metres are consumed, depending on the water pressure. With a circulation system, a water filter consumes 100 litres per day. Calculate the annual savings!

If you have purchased a flow-through hydrofilter or a hydrofilter-water curtain, and a lot of time has passed, or not so much, but you have already noticed that your water consumption is enormous, our circulation system, designed to solve precisely such problems, will save you.

What processes does the circulation system automate?
• water circulation itself;
• automatic washing with an adjustable time relay;
• the operation of the pump that fills the system with detergent;
• the operation of the detergent filling dosing relay;
• automatic filling and water level control;
• control and automatic refilling when the water temperature is exceeded;
• automatic drainage of used water when the hydrofilter is turned off;
• there is also a flow mode in case of a power failure;
• there is an air overheating alarm when the hydrofilter is turned off and on;
• there is an alarm when the water pressure at the nozzles is low;
• there is a stainless steel pre-cleaning filter for cleaning the water in the system.

Note the automatic hydrofilter cleaning function with metered detergent dispensing. This function is not available for flow-through hydrofilters and water curtain-type hydrofilters. Our circulation system also solves this problem.
