Checking the appearance of the goods, the presence of all components, the absence of cracks, dents, scratches or other defects is carried out by the Buyer upon receipt of the goods in the warehouse.
When the goods are delivered by the carrier company, the risks of damage to the goods are borne by the carrier company. In case of damage to the goods during transportation, the buyer must not accept the goods from the carrier company.
To put the product into operation, it is necessary to carry out commissioning work. Installation, commissioning and maintenance of the goods are entitled to be carried out by ventilation companies or other enterprises authorized to carry out maintenance of ventilation equipment.
After the product is put into operation, claims against the Seller regarding the presence of external defects in the product, missing quantity and incompleteness are not accepted. In the event that the product is put into operation by a non-service center or an organization authorized to carry out ventilation work, the product is voided from the warranty.
Exchange and return of goods
The exchange and return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Gospodar procedural code of Ukraine, subject to the following conditions:
the returned product must not be used, therefore, it is new (the body is in perfect condition, all protective films, packaging, documents sealed in plastic bags are preserved, components have not been unpacked, etc.).
If at the time of exchange the same product is not available, the buyer can:
buy any other product,
get back your money spent on the purchase of goods,
exchange the product for the same one when it first goes on sale.
During the refund procedure, settlements with the buyer are made based on the price of the goods on the day of purchase. The Buyer may demand from the Seller his money spent on the purchase of the goods and he must return them on the day when these demands were made or in cases where it is not possible to return the entire amount - within seven days and not a day later. Money for the service of delivery of goods is not refundable.
If at the time of the exchange a similar product is not on sale, it is possible to purchase any other goods from those available in the assortment with the corresponding recalculation of the cost.
The Buyer's requirements will be considered only after presenting an invoice confirming the purchase, maintaining the complete set of goods, the presence of packaging from the manufacturer, which must contain a barcode and a completed warranty card. In cases where goods of inadequate quality are returned, the consumer is obliged to provide an act (with a round seal), which he must receive at a special Service Center. The act must indicate "significant defects" of the purchased goods.
In case of return of goods sent by a transport company, in order to receive a refund, it is necessary to send this product to the same warehouse from which the goods were sent (the warehouse and the sender are indicated in the declaration of the transport company). After receiving the goods at the warehouse and inspection by the commission, the customer is notified of the possibility of returning the goods. If it is not possible to receive the goods, provided that the rules for returning the goods are not observed, the goods are returned to the client by the transport company, indicating the payment for delivery by the client himself. In case of acceptance of the goods by the commission, the refund is carried out according to the procedure described above.
To replace or return an item, you must have:
goods (and all its equipment);
consignment note (commissioning report);
power of attorney from the buyer.
Returns and exchanges are not subject to such goods as:
spare parts,
motors,
seals,
shelves,
peny,
expendable materials.

With natural changes in the appearance and properties of the product that occur during operation:
In case of damage that occurred as a result of violation of the rules and operating conditions described in the instructions:
during deformation;
when the product falls;
in case of intentional breakage;
overheating;
with improper storage;
if the damage occurred as a result of natural disasters;
if damage occurs when unscrewing, screwing, opening, etc. following the use of excessive force.
in case of damage to the goods by the buyer's pets.
upon independent modification and repair of the goods.
if the product was not used for its intended purpose.
