Checking the appearance of the product, the presence of all components, the absence of cracks, chips, dents, scratches or other defects is carried out by the Buyer upon receipt of the product from the warehouse.
When the product is delivered by the carrier company, the risk of damage to the product is borne by the carrier company. In case of damage to the goods during transportation, the Buyer should not accept the goods from the carrier without a written and photographic record of the damage. Or don't take it at all.
In order to return the goods to the Seller, the Buyer must first notify the Seller of this via the e-mail indicated on the website, sending along with the notification a copy of the bank statement or receipt, goods or waybill, according to which the goods were paid for and received.
Questions about the return of the goods are accepted within fourteen calendar days from the moment of documented receipt of the goods by the Buyer. Refunds are made within ten working days from the moment the goods are accepted at the Seller's warehouse and the invoice is issued.
Once again, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that in order to put the product into operation, it is necessary to carry out start-up and adjustment works. Installation, commissioning and maintenance of the product may be carried out by ventilation companies or other enterprises authorized to carry out maintenance of ventilation equipment.
After putting the product into operation, claims to the Seller regarding the presence of external product defects, the required quantity and incompleteness will not be accepted. If the product is put into operation by a non-service center or an organization authorized to carry out ventilation work, the product is removed from the warranty.
The exchange and return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine subject to the following conditions:
the returned product must not be used, therefore, it is new (case in perfect condition, all protective films, packaging, documents sealed in plastic bags, components NOT unpacked, etc.).
If the same product is not available at the time of exchange, the buyer can:
buy any other product,
within 10 working days to get back the money spent on the purchase of the product,
exchange the product for the same one the first time it goes on sale.
During the refund procedure, settlements with the Buyer are made based on the price of the product on the day of purchase.
The Buyer's requirements will be considered only after presentation of the goods transport or expense invoice, which confirms receipt of the goods by the Buyer, preservation of the complete set of goods, availability of packaging from the manufacturer. In cases where goods of inadequate quality are returned, the consumer must provide an act (with a round seal), which he must obtain at a special Service Center. The act must indicate "significant defects" of the purchased product.
In the case of returning goods sent by a transport company, in order to receive a refund, it is necessary to send the goods to the same warehouse from which the goods were sent (warehouse and sender are indicated in the declaration of the transport company). After receiving the goods in the warehouse and inspection by the commission, the customer is informed about the possibility of returning the goods. If it is not possible to receive the goods, if the rules for returning the goods are not followed, the goods are returned to the client by the transport company, with the indication of payment for delivery by the client himself. In case of acceptance of the goods by the commission, the refund is made according to the procedure described above.
To replace or return the product, you must have:
the product (and all its components);
bill of lading (or bill of lading, certificate of start-up and commissioning works);
power of attorney from the buyer.
Products such as:
spare parts and motors, because this is a warranty case and they are replaced under warranty,
supplies.
The right to return and exchange goods is lost in the following cases:
In the case of significant changes in the appearance and properties of the equipment that occur during operation.
In the case of damage that occurred as a result of violation of the rules and conditions of operation described in the instructions:
during deformation;
when the product falls;
in case of intentional damage;
when overheating;
with improper storage;
if the damage occurred after a natural disaster;
if damage occurs during unscrewing, twisting, opening and further due to the use of excessive force.
when the goods are damaged by the buyer's animals.
in case of independent changes made to the product.
if the product was not used for its intended purpose.
