Hydrofilter GF-5000

The GF-5000 hydraulic filter, like all hydraulic filters of the GF model series, unlike GFL and GFA, works as a flow-through filter. That is, the flow of water passes through the hydrofilter in a continuous stream.

This method of spark extinguishing is suitable for country restaurants with their own wells.

Productivity of 5,000 cubic meters per hour is a fairly large capacity of a hydrofilter, which is required for large furnaces and barbecues.

Stages of the hydraulic filter:

The water curtain wets and extinguishes sparks and flames, cools the smoke. Deposits extinguished sparks, ash and soot to the bottom of the hydraulic filter due to water pressure.

"Dry" ceramic labyrinth catches air-droplet suspension and residual pollution.

At the exit from the hydrofilter, we get air cleaned of soot, fat, ash, some smoke and odor, and cooled to +30...+50oC.

Fire safety and air purification with a hydrofilter:

sparks - 100% fire safety,

fat, soot - 95%,

smell and smoke - 60%.

A drip catcher made of stainless steel, which catches the residual water curtain, drying the air flow, is optionally installed in GF hydrofilters.
