The GF-10000 hydrofilter, like all hydrofilters of the GF model range, unlike the GFL and GFA, works as a leaky one. That is, the flow of water passes through the hydraulic filter in a continuous stream.

This method of spark extinguishing is suitable for country restaurants with their own wells.

A capacity of 10,000 cubic meters per hour is the highest possible performance of a hydrofilter.

Stages of operation of the hydrofilter:

The water curtain wets and extinguishes sparks and flames, and cools the smoke. Precipitates extinguished sparks, ashes and soot to the bottom of the hydrofilter due to the pressure of water.

The "dry" ceramic labyrinth traps airborne suspension and residual contaminants.

At the outlet of the hydrofilter, we get air purified from soot, grease, ash, part of smoke and smell and cooled to +30 ... + 50 ° C.

A stainless steel drip eliminator that traps residual water vapor, drying the air flow, is optionally installed in GF hydrofilters.
